New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn and New Hampshire Attorney General Michael Delaney report that the New Hampshire State Police Major Crime Unit is investigating an officer-involved shooting in Concord. The shooting occurred at approximately 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at 4 Garvins Falls Road. The identity of the victim of the shooting is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin. The identity of the officers involved is being withheld pending further investigation. An autopsy will be conducted within the next 24 to 48 hours. No further information will be released until the conclusion of the autopsy.
