State v. David B. McLeod: Extradition Update 1989 Cold Case Quadruple Homicide from Keene, New Hampshire

Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, State Police Colonel Robert Quinn, and Keene Police Chief Kenneth Meola announce that New Hampshire State Police will return David B. McLeod to the State of New Hampshire from California this evening. He will be arraigned in Keene District Court on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. McLeod was arrested on June 30, 2010 in West Sacramento, California on four counts of Second Degree Murder in connection with the homicides of the Hina family in 1989. He has been incarcerated in California since his arrest. When McLeod is returned to New Hampshire he will be held at the Cheshire County House of Corrections in Keene.
