New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney announces that additional details are available in regards to the incident which took place in Meredith on Sunday, June 6, 2010.

The victim in that incident has been positively identified as Robert A. Hart, Jr., (age 47) of Meredith, New Hampshire. New Hampshire's Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Thomas A. Andrew, completed an autopsy on Mr. Hart yesterday and determined that the cause of his death was multiple stab wounds to the chest and the manner of his death is homicide.

Two other adult males were injured during the incident this past weekend. One was treated and released on Sunday. The other is in stable condition and remains hospitalized.

The New Hampshire State Police and Meredith Police Department are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
