New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn and Henniker Police Chief Ryan H. Murdough announce that an arrest has been made in connection with the homicide of Molly B. Hawthorn-MacDougall (age 31) of Henniker. Roody Fleuraguste (22) of 31 Rand Road, Henniker, NH, has been arrested on a charge of First Degree Murder for causing the death of Molly B. Hawthorn-MacDougall by shooting her once in the face.

Roody Fleuraguste will be arraigned tomorrow at 1 pm at the Henniker District Court.
