New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn and Henniker Police Chief Ryan H. Murdough announce that an investigation is ongoing into a suspicious death in Henniker, New Hampshire.

On Thursday, April 29, 2010, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Henniker police officers responded to a 911 call reporting an injured female at a single family home at 18 Rand Road in Henniker. When the police arrived they discovered the adult female resident of the home, Molly B. Hawthorn-MacDougall (age 31) deceased.

An autopsy will be performed on Ms. MacDougall by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine her cause and manner of death.

The investigation is in its early stages and is ongoing.
