New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, State Police Colonel Fredrick Booth and Berlin Police Chief Peter Morency announce that additional details are available in regards to the shooting incident which took place in Berlin on Wednesday, November 25, 2009.
New Hampshire's Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Thomas A. Andrew, completed an autopsy on Nathaniel Stringfield (age 23) and determined that the cause of his death was a single gunshot wound to the chest. The manner of death in pending further investigation.
The second man who forced his way into the apartment on 3rd Avenue has been identified as Christhian Bodillo (age 28). Mr. Bodillo remains in the hospital with gunshot wounds.
The third individual who is believed to have participated in the home invasion is still at large. The State Police and the Berlin Police Department are continuing to work to positively identify this person and locate him.
The investigation is still ongoing.
