Delaney, Banking Commissioner Peter Hildreth, and Director of the Bureau of Securities Regulation, Mark Connolly announce that state and federal agencies are coordinating efforts to investigate Monday's closure of Financial Resources Mortgage, Inc. located in Meredith, NH. The agencies are collectively reviewing the circumstances surrounding the abrupt closure in order to determine if there have been any violations of state or federal laws. Attorney General Delaney stated that, "There have been numerous complaints from individuals who made investments through this corporation, and I want to assure the individuals that all of their complaints are being actively reviewed."
