Fourth arrest in death of Christopher Gray

New Hampshire Attorney General Kelly A. Ayotte, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Frederick H. Booth, and Haverhill Police Chief Jeffery L. Williams announce that Michael Robie (18), of 2477 Lime Kiln Road, North Haverhill, New Hampshire, has been arrested on one count of conspiracy to commit murder, in the death of Christopher Gray (25), of Groton, Vermont. On October 9, 2009, Christopher Gray (25), of Groton, Vermont, was found dead on the property of 2477 Lime Kiln Road, in North Haverhill.

Three people have already been arrested in connection with Christopher Gray's murder. Timothy Smith (23), was arrested on one count of second-degree murder for the death of Christopher Gray, Anthony Howe (18), was arrested on one count of hindering apprehension or prosecution, and Amber Talbot (17), was arrested on one count of conspiracy to commit murder, all stemming from the murder of Christopher Gray. All four defendants resided at 2477 Lime Kiln Road, North Haverhill.

The arraignment for Robie has been scheduled for today at 1:00 p.m. in the Haverhill District Court.
