Attorney General Kelly A. Ayotte and Dover Police Chief Anthony F. Colarusso, Jr., report that two individuals have been arrested in connection with the investigation into the death of David King, 81 Old Dover Point Road, Dover, New Hampshire. Scott Mazzone, DOB 6/22/68, and Derek Saunders, DOB 4/8/83, both of 20 Fruit Street, Byfield, Massachusetts, have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder for the death of Mr. King. Mazzone and Saunders were arrested this afternoon and are now being held at the Newbury Police Department, Massachusetts, on fugitive from justice charges. The arrests were executed with the cooperation of the Newbury Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police.

Mazzone and Saunders will be arraigned in the Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at 9:00a.m.
