Attorney General Kelly Ayotte announces that New Hampshire is withdrawing its signatory to a letter written by the Utah Attorney General to the California Supreme Court asking the Court to delay implementation of a recent decision of that Court regarding same sex marriages, to enable states to address the impact of the Court's decision on their individual marriage laws. New Hampshire is withdrawing its signatory because New Hampshire law addresses the recognition issue in its civil union law.
