The Charitable Trusts Unit oversees approximately 5,000 charitable organizations and trusts, including trust funds held by municipal trustees. The latest financial reports filed by these trustees indicate that approximately $35 billion ($35,002,434,077) in assets is being held by charities conducting business in the State of New Hampshire. The Directory includes 318 of the largest New Hampshire charitable grant-making foundations.
