All charitable non-profit organizations, with the exception of churches, are required to register with and report to the Attorney General.
Once the organization is registered, it is required to file annual financial reports with the Attorney General.
- Professional Fundraisers
- All fund raising counsel and paid solicitors are required
to register with the Attorney General under NH RSA 7:28-c
and file certain financial reports under NH RSA 7:28-b.
Charitable sales promotions must be noticed to this office under NH RSA 7:28-d.
