The following community benefits plans have been received by the Director of Charitable Trusts and are available for public inspection Monday Through Friday fro 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Department of the Attorney General, 33 Capitol Street, Concord NH. If the health care charitable trust posts is community benefits plan on its web site, the link to the site is provided. Be advised that the plan posted on the web site may be an abbreviated version of the plan; if you have any questions, contact the charitable trust or this office. For those health care charitable trusts who have not posted their plan, copies of any or all plans will be mailed upon request. There is a .25 per page charge to cover the cost of postage and copying.
Checks must be made payable to the State Of New Hampshire.
Community Benefit Plans
Under NH RSA 7:32-e, all health care charitable trusts are required to develop community benefits plans to ensure the unique health care needs of a community are met
